The Company announces that it has today purchased 709,353 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 529.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 82,583,223 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 199,050,687. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
