Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each through Investec Bank plc ("Investec") in the period from 10th March 2026 to 16th March 2026.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases, Gamma has purchased a total of 919,180 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and will have 92,845,171 ordinary shares of 0.25p pence each in issue. There are 1,587,800 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 91,257,371 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
