Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 22 February 2013 it purchased 65,272 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1773.21 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 56,439,499 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
