The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 29 September 2014, it purchased 45,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 0.94 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, the Company now has 60,476,940 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny in issue.
