Transaction in Own Shares
7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that on 31 March 2016, the Company transferred 24,111 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury in respect of the settlement of share options.
Following this transfer, the Company will have 108,431,517 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are now 54,944 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in 7digital is 108,376,573. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
