Share Repurchase Programme
Centrica plc announces that on 18 November 2013, it purchased (through Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited) 1,100,000 (one million, one hundred thousand) Centrica plc ordinary shares at an average price of 344.57 pence per share. The highest price and the lowest price paid for these shares were 347.40 pence and 341.20 pence respectively.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. As at the date of this announcement, Centrica plc holds 93,330,277 ordinary shares in treasury and has 5,106,599,415 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
