Transactions in own shares

Cello Group plc (the "Company') announces that on 8 July 2013, following the exercise of employee options under various employee share option schemes, it purchased 144,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 49p per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

The Company now holds a total of 381,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury, representing 0.46 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
