SThree plc announces that on 10 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 74,885 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 185.3754 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 187.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 183.75 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,511,215 ordinary shares of 1p each.
