Managed Growth
The Company has today purchased 15,835 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 877.53 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 8,995,931 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,293,511.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
