Inland PLC17 April 2008 For immediate release Inland PLC Purchase of own shares 17 April 2008 Inland PLC ("Inland") announces that it has today purchased 325,000 of its ownshares into treasury at an average price of 25.5 pence. It now holds 1,325,000shares in treasury. Following these purchases, Inland has 160,825,059 shares in issue (excludingshares held in treasury). Inland is purchasing its own shares because the market price is at aconsiderable discount to its net asset value per share.
