Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 63,644 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 946.90 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 9,900,533 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 28,252,285.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 44,242 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 92.33 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 20,094,622 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 76,716,536.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
