Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 425,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 233.00p, the lowest price paid was 230.90p and the average price paid was 231.1183p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 11,919,214 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,142,608,411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
