Transaction in own shares
Dialight announces that, on 26 March 2026, the Company purchased 16,080 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each at a price of 288 pence (the "Purchase") to be held in treasury. The Company purchased these shares through Investec Bank plc.
The shares will be held in treasury pending the vesting of awards granted in 2023 under the Dialight Performance Share Plan on 5 April 2026. Following vesting, the shares will be traded on the next business day (7 April), with intended settlement on or around 10 April.

Following the Purchase, the Company holds 16,080 ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 40,390,403 ordinary shares. The shares held in treasury are excluded from this calculation which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
