Repurchase of Shares
Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF), a registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, announces that on 25 September 2014 the Company repurchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 60.22 pence per share (with the highest price being 60.25 pence and the lowest being 60.20 pence per share) representing approximately 0.7 per cent of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
The repurchased ordinary shares will be cancelled immediately, following which the Company will have 74,385,109 ordinary shares outstanding with voting rights.
