Transaction in Own Shares
7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that on 25 May 2016, the Company transferred 26,608 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of treasury in respect of the settlement of remuneration obligations.
Following this transfer, the Company will have 115,751,517 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are now 28,336 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in 7digital is 115,723,181. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
