The highest price paid was 1241 pence per share and the lowestprice paid was 1198 pence per share. Following the above purchase, Enterprise Inns plc therefore holds 25,000,000ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares inissue (excluding shares held as treasury shares and in the Employee BenefitTrusts) is 293,049,675.
