Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 580,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 221.50p, the lowest price paid was 213.10p and the average price paid was 215.1869p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 18,763,936 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,135,763,689 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
