Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 45,277 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 111.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 14,463,766 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 84,467,358.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
