PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 25 June 2020, the Company purchased in the 5,567 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 444.00 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital comprises 16,408,176 Ordinary shares.
