REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 636.02 pence per share. Following the transaction the Company holds 3,528,772 Managed Growth shares in Treasury.

The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,960,377.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
