The Company announces that it purchased 41,941 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 964.66 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 103,138,214 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 178,495,696 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
