Purchase of Own Securities
Paddy Power plc announces today that Goodbody Stockbrokers has purchased, on behalf of the Company's subsidiary, Paddy Power Isle of Man Limited, 65,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of €16.7246 per share.
All the purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,609,000 shares in treasury and has 47,616,752 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
