SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 138,045 ordinary shares in the Company on 2nd August 2010 at a price of 730.00p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 13,627,694 shares in Treasury and has 613,850,001 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
