Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 19 December 2016, it purchased 30,480 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 74.75 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 75,597,471 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
