Purchase of Own Securities
Paddy Power plc announces today that its subsidiary, Paddy Power Isle of Man
Limited, has purchased 300,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a
price of €22.39 per share.
The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase,
the Company holds 894,000 shares in treasury and has 48,331,752 ordinary shares in
issue (excluding treasury shares).
