Compass Group PLC announces that on 21 February 2017 it purchased for cancellation 5,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,469.8800 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,465.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,475.0000 pence per share.
