Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 505,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 179.60p, the lowest price paid was 176.40p and the average price paid was 177.8308p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 46,252,589 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,108,275,036 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
