Transaction in Own Shares

Volvere plc announces that on 7 March 2013 it acquired 19,500 ordinary shares of GBP0.0000001 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 270 pence per share. These Ordinary Shares are held in Treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 1,407,588 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares), and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights, is 4,796,486 Ordinary Shares.
