St Ives plc - ('the Company') Transaction in own shares

St Ives plc announces that, on 23 September 2014, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 24,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 2.01 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 269,047 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 124,901,658 ordinary shares of 10p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchase.
