Buy-back of own securities

 

The Company announces that on 3 October 2023, it bought back 350,000 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.069% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 198.9407 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.

 

Following cancellation the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company will be as follows:
