Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 13th December 2011 it purchased 1,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 400 pence per share. The Company also purchased 1,360 ordinary shares at a price of 385 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 101,092 ordinary shares as treasury shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 2,778,206.
