Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
Honeycomb Investment Trust plc announces that on 24 September 2020 it repurchased into treasury 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 895.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, the Company has 39,449,919 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 3,702,754 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 35,747,165.
