Transaction in Own Shares & Total Voting Rights
Pollen Street Secured Lending plc ("PSSL" or the "Company") announces that on 12 May 2020 it purchased 3,200 of its ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 627.2 pence per Ordinary Share. All of these shares will be held as treasury shares.
Following the above transaction, the Company now has 86,306,803 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 12,262,714 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 74,044,089.
