Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that it has today bought back 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.683 pence per Ordinary Share being the 5 day average closing price of an Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase and Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 29,489,991 (excluding the 17,167 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
