Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 23 December 2025 it purchased 55,770 of its own ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP at an average price of 378.49 pence per share. The purchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
