Transaction in Own Shares
EPE Special Opportunities plc (the "Company") announces that, on 21 April 2017, it purchased a total of 268,000 shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 280.00 pence per share.
The Ordinary Shares were purchased by a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Corvina Limited. The repurchased Ordinary Shares may be held and resold as if they were treasury shares.
The number of Ordinary Shares in issue following the above and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 28,054,483 Ordinary Shares.
