Baronsmead Venture Trust plc
The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc announces that on 29 June 2017 the Company purchased 510,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 86.75 pence per share to be held in Treasury.
Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 184,124,685 shares of which 10,843,819 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in Baronsmead Venture Trust plc is 173,280,866 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
