Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 550,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 184.50p, the lowest price paid was 183.50p and the average price paid was 184.0958p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 72,716,724 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,081,810,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
