Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 25 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 65,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 820.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 805.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 444,780,121 ordinary shares in issue.
