Leeds Group PLC09 January 2008 Leeds Group Plc ("Leeds Group") Buy back of Own Shares Leeds Group announces that on 9 January 2008 it purchased 100,000 of its ownOrdinary Shares to be held in treasury. The shares were purchased at 18.5p each. As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now heldin treasury is 3,567,015 and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is31,332,985.
