Halfords Group PLC28 February 2008 HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES Halfords Group PLC announces that on 28 February 2008 it purchased forcancellation 50,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 291.100p per ordinaryshare.
