On 24 November 2010, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 69,950 of its own Ordinary shares at 65p per share.
Following this transaction the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,323,130 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,936,009 S Ordinary shares of 10p each. The number of voting shares in the company is therefore 13,259,139 ordinary shares.
