Compass Group PLC announces that on 13 December 2016 it purchased for cancellation 12,051 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,370.3600 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,356.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,383.0000 pence per share.
