Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 30 January 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 90,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 702.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 694.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 447,091,121 ordinary shares in issue.
