Managed Income

JPMorgan Elect plc purchased 129,168 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 104.78 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 3,115,824 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 68,846,311.

Managed Growth

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 24,563 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 692.37 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,177,394 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,614,998.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
