Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 30,307 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 792.34 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,479,822 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,809,598.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 35,867 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 83.16 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 16,563,167 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 81,932,228.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
