REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Income

The Company announces that it has today repurchased 200,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 98.50 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,398,499 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 51,295,619.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
