Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 760,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 181.50p, the lowest price paid was 178.70p and the average price paid was 179.9332p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 71,536,724 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,082,990,901 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
