The Company announces that it purchased 94,717 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 692.7782 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 91,671,676 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 189,962,234. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
