Helios Towers plc (the "Company") announces that in the period 16 March 2026 to 20 March 2026 it purchased a total of 459,798 of its ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares"), through Merrill Lynch International ("MLI") as detailed below: | ||||

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased Ordinary Shares, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue shall be 1,038,596,218 Ordinary Shares. The figure of 1,038,596,218 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. | ||||
